Becoming organized isn't always the easiest of tasks, afterall most mothers and women alike still have "become more organized" at the top of their to-do list. It isn't just a matter of having a clean desk or table, it's knowing where everything is because everything has it's own place.

The first step in becoming organized is finding the right system that works for you. Just because Suzie Q next door uses the newest computer program that can almost process her thoughts for her, doesn't mean that is going to work for you and your family. Some key things to remember is that you need a paper system of some sort because computers can go down with all information lost in the confines of that miraculous box. When you use a computer or other electronic devises to organize information, be sure you back up the pertinent information. You can either save your important documents to a disc or back-up the entire system completely. Once information is erased from a computer, you aren't going to be able to retrieve it.

Secondly, invest a little bit of time looking at what you hope to achieve by becoming more organized. If you aren't sure what your ultimate goal is, you aren't going to be able to get there without wasting time or having to back track and possibly start over.

Most of all, don't sweat the small stuff! If you are stressing over the small things in life, you aren't going to be happy no matter how organized you are. Everyone has to make time for themselves, and in becoming organized, you will be able to make yourself a priority next to taking care of the day-to-day operations of your family and home.

An Organized, Busy Woman
by Rachael Towle

Whether you are a working mom, a stay-at-home mom or even a stay-at-home working mom, you have a to-do list longer than a roll of paper towels. First there are the children, who have play dates, school, games, check-ups and their schedule grows by the minute. Then there are your own priorities, appointments, people to call, things to do, notes to be made, and even a menu to maintain for everyone in your family.

If you aren't yet an organized mom, you are probably familiar with the sticky notes on your computer, refrigerator door, bathroom mirror, and maybe even on a wall or two. Although those sticky-notes are colorful, they become forgotten about shortly after they get stuck. Sooner than you realize, they have become a part of the scenery and their purpose is long lost to the wind.

There is a solution. You can have your to-do list at your fingertips, along side every thing else you need for maintaining your priorities on a day-to-day basis: appointments, phone numbers, business cards, credit cards, you name it! Plus, not only is it at your side, it's actually your purse and tote-bag! This isn't something of the future because it has already been created by The Busy Woman, Inc., and it's called the Carry All Purse and Tote!

The Busy Woman's PlannerThe Busy Woman's Daily Planner® Carry All Purse and Tote is the perfect size for any mom. It isn't too big and it isn't small, yet you can fit just about everything you need between the two products. The purse itself has a center pocket for your planner, which is light weight and isn't in the least bit bulky. That's what makes it perfect for the mom on the go! It has pockets for your check book, money and cards (credit or business). The planner is securely positioned, but easily removed to transport to a desktop when needed. The straps on the purse are long enough to sling over your shoulder, too! The purse matches the tote, and it fits perfectly inside of it, and even alongside a sandwich, snack, diaper and wipes, and other essentials for the busy woman! To top it all off, all those snack packs and candies that open in your purse, leaving crumbs and sticky spots are easily washed away because you can remove the planner and toss it in the wash!

All of this and it isn't even the best part! The planner itself is no ordinary planner. The daily planning pages are dateable, so you aren't stuck to having a page for every day of the month. That can get bulky and waste paper for those who don't have something scheduled for every day of the week. Each daily planning page has an individual section for priorities, appointments, to be called, notes, and even chores and a menu! Unlike other planners, this planner is designed for a woman. The name and address section is easily expandable, making the most of your space. The monthly dividers have illustrations and inspiration a mom can appreciate, and the fact that it is made with the busy woman in mind makes The Busy Woman's Daily Planner® Carry All Purse and Tote even more desirable!

So, if you are still surrounded by sticky notes and need some organization in your life, visit TheBusyWoman.com today! You will definitely find something you need to make your life that much easier and enjoyable! All of the planners cater to women, so you are guaranteed a product that fits your needs.
